After igniting the dance floor with a cover of the Erasure song “Love
to Hate You” emerging club sensation Aiden Leslie’s new music
is tearing up the dance floors from Monaco to London and rotating on the
airwaves of VH-1 and MTV. This man of style is indeed a hot package of
talent. He looks great without parading the trends of the second and he
brings solid sound to the table. His videos are stylish and stylized – he
plays the object of desire, storyteller and club energizer with equal directness.
He understands how to look good in front of a lens and how to posses a
sexy mystery simultaneously.
At the top of the charts with his club track, “Worlds Away” Aiden
Leslie’s song about life’s ups and downs struck a chord with
club goers everywhere. The song nabbed the top spot on the club music retail
site, Masterbeat.com and the music video climbed to the #1 spot on LOGO-TV “Click
List” countdown show, remaining there for four weeks. His follow-up
song, the recently released “Trying to Leave Now,” is a song
about salvaging what is right in a relationship before losing everything. “Trying
to Leave Now”isabout a person in his life that he has always had deep
feelings for, but was afraid to express,” said Aiden Leslie from his
studio in New York where he is currently recording his next track. “We
eventually came together but at the wrong time in both of our lives, making
it impossible to pursue. We had such a long history; we had to ask ourselves
if what was at stake was worth losing.” While club goers may not always
be listening to the message of the song, Leslie’s beats are as electrifying
as his words are portents to life’s lessons. With both style abounding
in his looks and music Aiden wants to be there when style statements are
made and we are sure that this man of style will make his mark.
